In Network Screening - Intersections, all Texas intersections follow the same criteria:

Intersection Legs:

  • Intersection Leg Definition: If a leg is within 100 feet of the center of the intersection, it will be included in the intersection.

  • If the leg of one intersection overlapped with the leg of another, the length of the overlapped legs were shortened to half of the length of the overlap.

Intersection Leg Length:

  • All intersection legs are 100 feet in length.

  • Texas has complex intersections, which are intersections that are made up of more than one junction.
