Introducing the Network Screening App

Our new Network Screening Application ranks road segments based on Crash Rate, Crash Count, and Crash Ratio. This ranking is dynamically filterable by time period, crash attributes, crash countermeasures, asset presence, and more.

  • Includes a map with color-coded segments to quickly visualize problem areas
  • Clicking on a Segment gives you a flyout that includes:
  • Google Street View
  • Segment Rank by Year 
  • Crashes by Milepoint
  • Crashes Addressed by Countermeasures
  • Roadway Details
  • Network Screening Report allows you to export and print your Network Screening results and includes Top 25 Segments and Segment Details

NOTE: With the addition of the new Network Screening Application, the Network Screening Reader has been disabled and will be removed with this release.

Advanced Search Bar (Beta)

  • Available in Crash Query and Workbooks
  • Users can now apply complex filters, including IS, IS NOT, IS LESS THAN, IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO, IS GREATER THAN, IS GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO, IS BETWEEN, and IS NOT BETWEEN 
  • Allows users to automatically enhance any date/time filter to include DAY OF WEEK, DAY OF MONTH, MONTH OF YEAR, and TIME OF DAY

Geo Search 

  • Available in all applications
  • Filter data by geo coordinates, ex: city or county boundaries

Google Street View

  • Available in Crash Query and Network Screening
  • Flyouts now include Google Street View, allowing teams to explore road layout and assets 

Local Road Names 

  • Available in all applications
  • Default map now includes local road names.

Workbooks

  • Ability to hide default filters (filters applied in edit mode) so that they are not visible or removable by read-only users.
