Predictive Analysis
Added the ability for Predictive Analysis to support up to 5 roadway attributes when creating segment groupings for SPF generation.
Overall Improvements
Improved the Polygon map filter, making it easier to modify the shape of an existing polygon.
Fixed a bug with reports where the date extents of the report were displaying only the dates for which crashes were available, rather than the defined extents of the query or screening.
Changed the City Block filter to only be available in Crash Query.

Fixed a bug where the colors of the crash locations in the treatment explorer were not displaying correctly.
Fixed a bug that made it difficult to modify a CMF value in the treatment selection window.
