Reset Forgotten Password

How users can reset their password

Note: After too many incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked. It’s recommended to reset your password before your account is locked. Find more information on locked accounts here.

Non-SSO users can reset passwords using the following steps:

  1. On the Numetric sign-in page, click the “Forgot Password” link just below the “Login” button.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Numetric account and click “Send Email.”

3. Enter your new password and save it.

4. You will then be taken back to the welcome screen, where you can use your new password to log in to your instance.
