What to do if Your Account is Locked

Information on account lockouts for users.

Note: After too many incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked. It’s recommended to reset your password before your account is locked. Find more information about resetting your password here.

Accounts can be locked by agency administrators or after too many incorrect password attempts. If your account is locked, you’ll see the following message when you try to sign in:

Each agency has different rules for handling account lockouts. To find more information about, you will need to contact Numetric support by selecting “Chat with Support” from the lockout screen or sending an email to numetric@support.com. In your message, include your email address and the agency you’re trying to access.
